Convenience made even easier

Gregorys-coffee-1Ducharn Vasconcelos launched his second business, Gregory’s Convenience & Take Away, in 2012. Two years later, his initial card payment provider wasn’t cutting it, and so he switched to a provider that understood his businesses. 

“All of my businesses now use Sureswipe, because it’s much easier dealing with them than my previous provider,” he says. His experience with Sureswipe led him to also use the card payment machine provider’s services when he launched his latest venture Gregory’s Coffee in July 2019.

“Lots of people now prefer cashless payment and card payment machines, which make a convenience grocery and takeaway shop like mine attractive to customers on the go,” says Ducharn. “Four years ago, when we first met with the Sureswipe representative, I couldn’t refuse the rate they offered and the incentive of a small company that understood a small business like mine.” 


Seamless service

Ducharn says his turnover has increased significantly compared to before using Sureswipe’s card payment devices. “Mainly because when there’s an issue with a machine the Sureswipe team is quick to fix it. I can’t say we’ve encountered any problems with Sureswipe’s service since signing up with them four years ago.”
