Telesales Agent

  • Follow up on self-signup “drop-offs” to close the sale
  • Drive completion of merchant contract and FICA submission
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Direct prospects to the sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in SF
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Daily/weekly / monthly reporting
